About This Meditation
Generally when we’ve been meditation, we have focused on letting go, or on becoming relaxed, or calm.
Sometimes, however, we what we really need is a burst of energy!
Whether it’s that energy boost to get through a particular challenge, or a more general energise in order that we can face the day ahead fully alert and ready for anything, we all sometimes need a little energy boost.
So in this meditation, let’s take 5 minutes out of our day to re-energise in a gentle, safe, and effective way, so we are ready for whatever the day ahead has to offer!
