
Based on my popular weekly 5 Minute Meditation podcast, this is a carefully crafted selection of longer guided meditations, generally in the 15 – 30 minute range..
There’s no theme running through this, it’s simply a collection of longer meditations which you might find useful from time to time – enjoy them as often or as rarely as you wish, use them in any order – really, just go with whatever feels right for you.
I will be adding new meditations from time to time, and suggestions are welcome (although obviously I can’t guarantee any of them will happen, but they are all most welcome).
So, pick the meditation which feels right for you, settle down somewhere quiet where you can safely relax for half an hour, and enjoy.
Oh yes – please don’t use them while driving or operating machinery, of course! I know you wouldn’t, but I have to put this here because some people do the strangest things at times…
