The course was fantastic and really easy to complete. I struggled with letting go of the past, in particular forgiving someone for the way they treated me.
The lack of forgiveness meant I was holding myself back. I was unable to move forward.
I still see the person regularly and I no longer hold the grudge. When I see them I just feel no emotion towards them whatsoever.
If you are holding a grudge against anyone then you really should do this.
Keith Blakemore-Noble is well-known for his public speaking, his books, podcasts and five-minute meditation series.
In ‘The Masks we Wear’ Keith explores the developmental rationale behind our compulsion for different masks as we progress through stages of life and career.
‘The Masks We Wear’ is not only a fascinating read but a very helpful one for gaining real insights into our behaviours, self-understanding and motivation. I highly recommend this book by Keith Blakemore-Noble.

Like more people I guess, I had some unpleasant experiences in my past, especially with one particular person. I tried to move on over the years, but I still felt a lot of bitterness and resentment toward them, which was eating away at me, holding me back.
Almost in desperation I tried Keith’s Forgiveness program – and I am so glad I did!
It was easy to follow, pretty quick, and immediately afterwards I felt just a huge relief, like a massive weight had been lifted from my shoulders. No longer do I feel any resentment, I feel like I’m finally free of everything that happened, and I can get on with my own life again.
Everyone should have access, it really is that powerful! Thanks Keith, it’s been a massive help.
I was one of the first people to read this and I’m so glad I did. It can help people who are feeling like they’re not quite being themselves or who feel like they have more to offer the world.
Have a read, enjoy it, and learn from it.
