More specifically, let’s talk all about how to be happy, why it’s important to be happy and what you can do to choose happiness in your life.
We could all do with a little more happiness in life, couldn’t we? At some level?
This episode I am joined by the Queen of Happiness herself, Jo Howarth. Among the things we discuss are –
- That it is possible to choose happiness.
- That happiness is a decision.
- That your life is your responsibility,
- That you have the power and the ability to choose.

He helps people transform their deepest fears into their greatest strengths, and having helped over 5,000 people across 5 continents, he is the UK’s #1 Fear Strategist.
