What personal data we collect and why we collect it


We embed Facebook Comments plugin to allow you to leave comment at our website using your Facebook account. This plugin may collect your IP address, your web browser User Agent, store and retrieve cookies on your browser, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with the commenting interface, including correlating your Facebook account with whatever action you take within the interface (such as “liking” someone’s comment, replying to other comments), if you are logged into Facebook. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Most of our sites use contacts forms to enable you to get in touch, to ask questions, to subscribe to newsletters, or to make appointments.

We only ever ask for the minimum information necessary. We store the data in a secure database on our servers (which are based in the USA), and sometimes that data may be accessed by us by email (our email servers are located within the EU).

We will never share your data with third parties, except where required and explicitly directed by law, nor will we ever sell your data to third parties.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We may share some of your data with the following, where required in order for us to carry out your wishes or to fulfil your orders –

Stripe.com, Paypal.com – for payment processing so that you can make secure payments to us; at no time do we ever receive or see your credit card or financial details.

RoyalMail.com or other similar delivery service, if we need to physically send you something.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Our websites are hosted in our own secured servers within Amazon’s AWS cloud, located in the USA. These servers also host our databases, where we store any information which you provide is un connection with doing business.

How we protect your data

All our websites are only accessible via secured https: protocol. This means that the connection between your computer and our server is secure and encrypted.

Any financial data are handled securely by our payment processors, Stripe.com or PayPal.com – we do not receive any of your financial account details as a result.

All our customer data are stored in our own secured customer database, on our AWS-based server, and are not accessible by any third parties.
