By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. ## **Information we collect** **Account information.** When you sign in, we collect your name, email address, and login credentials so we can identify you and give you access to your community account. **Content you create.** We collect the content you create in the App, including discussion posts, comments, replies, direct messages, profile details, and any photos or files you upload. **Device and usage information.** We collect technical information such as your device type, operating system version, app version, and a device identifier. We also collect information about how you use the App, such as the features you open and the actions you take, to keep the App working and to improve it. **Push notification tokens.** If you enable notifications, we collect a push notification token that lets us send alerts to your device, such as replies, mentions, and community updates. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings. ## **How we use your information** - Create and manage your account and sign you in - Show you your community, posts, messages, and notifications - Send push notifications you have opted into - Respond to your questions and provide support - Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the App’s performance and security ## **Third-party services** **Firebase (Google).** We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications. To do this, Google processes your device’s push token and related device identifiers. You can review Google’s practices in the Google Privacy Policy. **Apple.** The App is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple may collect information in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. ## **How your information is shared** Content you post in your community, such as posts, comments, and profile details, is visible to other members of that community according to its access settings. Direct messages are visible to the people you send them to. We share information with service providers only as needed to run the App, as described above. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or our service. ## **Data retention** We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account from within the App, your account is disabled immediately and your personal information is permanently deleted after [NUMBER] days, except where we are required to keep it to meet a legal obligation. ## **Your choices and rights** - **Notifications.** Turn push notifications on or off in your device settings. - **Account information.** You can view and update your profile information in the App. - **Delete your account.** You can delete your account at any time from within the App, in your account settings. You can also request a copy of your personal information, or ask us to delete your data, by contacting us at app@keithblakemorenoble.com ## **Children’s privacy** The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it. ## **Security** We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. ## **Changes to this policy** We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
