## The Problem

Change doesn’t have to take long to happen – indeed, change is fast.

Which is what Nisha discovered when she came to me for some help with her anxiety and self-belief around a block from the past.

Without going into any details, obviously, suffice it to say this was something which had been holding Nisha back for a long time, and the anxiety was developing into a fear – it was time to Do Something.

## The Solution

We had a good session over Zoom, and quickly got to the underlying issues, resolved it, and started creating a framework to enable Nisha to create a FAR more positive, optimistic, and happy future for herself and for those whom she was now really excited to be serving.

And it all happened quickly – single session, no nonsense, all done and dusted.
