There’s no doubt about it. Confidence is such an important thing to have.
And whilst some people seem to be born with supreme confidence, for those of us not blessed with such an apparent advantage, there is much cause for hope.
Everyone who develops confidence does so by learning valuable lessons from a great many encounters throughout life.
Unfortunately, if we do not learn the most empowering lessons from those encounters, we can fail to develop the confidence we need.
And that’s where I come in!
“I don’t know how to explain it, but there’s an eery sense of power and accomplishment that comes from being able to walk into a room full of strangers and leave it as a room full of friends. Ordinary people don’t do that sort of thing… but who wants to be ordinary?”
- I know what it was like to be unable to speak to anyone in the pub because you didn’t know them.
- I know what it was like to flee a party in after a full panic attack because there were so many strangers.
- I know what it was like to dread those coffee breaks at seminars where we were expected to actually talk to people.
I’ve been there.
I’ve reprogrammed my brain so that these situations are no longer a threat – indeed, they are now enjoyable activities in their own right! As a result of applying these techniques to myself, I have now performed Shakespeare on stage to paying audiences; I give presentations on a wide variety of topics and receive standing ovations; I enjoy meeting new friends and colleagues at parties, networking events and in general every day life; I am following my dreams.
And you can too, with my help.
